Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your liquorice to your door — and what to do in the rare case something isn't right.
Delivery
- West Malaysia — free shipping on orders over RM150, otherwise RM10.
- East Malaysia — rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Orders are dispatched within two business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking details once it's on its way.
Storing your liquorice
Keep it cool, dry and away from direct sunlight. Liquorice softens in heat — in the Malaysian climate, a cupboard away from the stove is ideal, and an airtight container keeps it at its best once opened. Each product page notes the shelf life for that recipe.
Returns
Liquorice is a perishable food, so we can't take back opened products — once the seal is broken, it's yours. That said, we stand behind every box that leaves us:
- If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order reference, and we'll send a replacement.
- If an unopened product isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Write to hello@licorice.com.my with your order reference (it looks like BP-XXXXXXXXXX) and photos where relevant. We aim to reply within two business days.
Allergens
We list every ingredient and every allergen on each product page — no fine print, no surprises. If you have an allergy, please check the allergen line on the product page before ordering, and email us if anything is unclear.
